Director Bio
Chia-Hsuan Tsai is a documentary director and producer whose works focus on women, gender, diversity, ethnicity and culture. Her directorial debut Moving in Between won second place at the New Taipei City Documentary Film Award and was selected for the 2020 Taiwan International Queer Film Festival and Women Make Waves Film Festival.
