Asarela Orchidia Dewi is an Indonesian filmmaker and visual artist currently living in Berlin. They received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design from the University of Applied Science Berlin.  Due to their nomadic life as a child and their gender identity, the experience and feelings of alienation in various facets become Asarela’s main inspiration.
