The queer espionage film made in the tradition of Cold War-era Thai dubbed film. A ladyboy prostitute-turned-spy is assigned a mission to impersonate a cisgender man, in order to investigate a student activist.
Director Bio
Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke is a Thai filmmaker of Teochew-Hainanese descent. Born, raised, and based in Bangkok, he works as a screenwriter on commercial features and TV series. He also works as a film critic, and teaches film theory and screenwriting in universities.
