Director Bio
Inspired by local film festivals, Yadanar Oo left a marketing career to attend the Yangon Film School. Her competition short, Life is Salty, was screened by the Goethe Institute Myanmar, and her first feature is underway. Yadanar Oo’s films explore queer identity, labour, migration and cultural diversity.
