Across speculative storytelling, deepfake resurrection, and AI mythologies, Myths We Call Bodies explores how contemporary Asian artists use digital aesthetics to question the structures that shape our realities. From algorithmic gazes to cosplay, these works reveal how technology both reproduces and disrupts systems of gender, labour, and visibility. Moving between online fantasy and social critique, the artists imagine alternative myths and futures where bodies and identities become mutable and collectively re-scripted.
