Liming’s practice includes video, installation, fashion design and performance. Their work serves as a medium for multiple themes: Asian subcultures, fantasy, queer theory and colonial history. Through overlay and hybridisation, they arrive at a vocabulary that integrates and interconnects these seemingly autonomous notions.
